These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of traelfinejewelry.com (the "Site") and any purchase or service request made through it. The Site is operated by Trael Fine Jewelry ("Trael," "we," "us" or "our"), based in Superior, Colorado. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement.

2. Products and Descriptions

We aim to display our products accurately, but we do not promise that descriptions, photographs, colors, weights, measurements or other content on the Site are complete, current or error-free. Screens vary, and handmade or natural materials, including gemstones and metals, can differ slightly from what is pictured.

Estate, consignment and other pre-owned items are previously owned and may show signs of age or wear. Please contact us before you buy if you would like more detail on a particular piece.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the Site states otherwise. Where a currency selector is offered, converted amounts are for convenience and the amount charged is the one shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice. Many pieces are one of a kind or limited in quantity, so an item may sell before your order is confirmed. We may correct pricing or description errors and may cancel or refuse any order, in which case we will refund any amount already charged for it.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full payment card details on our own systems. Where financing is offered, it is provided by a third-party lender under that lender's own terms, which you should review before applying. We may ask for additional verification before completing an order.

5. Shipping

Shipping options, fees and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout or on the Site and may change. Delivery dates are estimates only. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information, carrier delays or events outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Special Orders

Returns and exchanges are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. In general, the policy allows returns and exchanges within 7 days for eligible in-stock items, and custom and special orders are non-refundable. Please contact us before sending anything back.

7. Jewelry Services

We offer services such as jewelry repair, appraisals, consignment and gold, silver and platinum buying. These are arranged in person or by contacting the store, and may be subject to separate written estimates, appointments, fees or agreements. Information on the Site about services is general in nature and is not an offer or a quote. Any appraisal is prepared by an independent appraiser and reflects that appraiser's opinion on the date given.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in violation of these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using automated tools to scrape or overload it, submitting false or fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site's content, including text, images, logos, designs and layout, belongs to Trael Fine Jewelry or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
